Started making my way North to escape the heatwave, and meet up with another Roadtrekker. On the way, I took a detour to see Roger Ebert, and the Rockmen Guardians!

After the festival, I stayed with family in Clarksville, TN for a couple days, then head off to Metropolis, IL, the hometown of Superman to see the World’s Largest Superman Statue!

Whirlwind Ride
I realized it’s time to stop lollygagging and get a move on…I’ve got places to be! Then, a friend told me there was a pretty cool thing he’s sure I’d like to see right off the freeway. Once I looked it up, of course I had to!
